Role Description

We’re hiring a commercially minded Account Manager to own day-to-day relationships with our clients and partners. You’ll make sure Origami Originals are visible, promoted, adopted, and growing after launch - across operators, platforms, and aggregators where we’re live.

This is a remote role with real ownership: you’ll be the steady point of contact for stakeholders, align on priorities with product and engineering, and represent Origami at industry events when it helps the business.

Responsibilities

Account management is how we turn great games into lasting partnerships. You’ll own the post-launch rhythm of key accounts and work cross-functionally to keep momentum high.

  • Serve as the primary client contact for assigned accounts: onboarding, business reviews, renewals, and expansion.
  • Track performance and engagement; translate data into clear narratives and concrete next steps for partners.
  • Coordinate with product, engineering, and design on timelines, integrations, launches, and follow-up fixes.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing relationships (new titles, jurisdictions, or commercial structures where appropriate).
  • Keep internal teams aligned on account health, risks, and opportunities.
  • Travel selectively for conferences and partner meetings when it materially advances the relationship.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is credible in front of clients and sharp behind the scenes: organized, direct, and comfortable owning a book of business in a fast-moving environment.

  • Several years of experience in B2B account management, partner success, or commercial roles - iGaming experience strongly preferred.
  • Confidence leading client conversations, workshops, and performance reviews with both commercial and technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort with reporting: you can read dashboards, spot trends, and explain what matters without jargon.
  • Excellent written communication; you follow up, document decisions, and keep threads unblocked.
  • A startup mindset: high ownership, adaptability, and sound judgment when the playbook is still being written.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events and key partner meetings.
